1. Machine General introduction
ST-FC5040 500W fiber laser cutting machine designed with Europe safety standard, small cutting size, save operation space.
1.1. Fiber laser power source options from 300W ,500w, 1KW, 2KW,3KW
1.2. Structure: Gantry, Double drive
1.3. X, Y axis adopts high quality servo motors and ball screws, ensuring life and precision for a long time.
1.4. The system is equipped with section dust collector to improve the working environment. The area beneath the cutting table is divided into several sections. During the cutting process, only the ducts directly beneath the cutting head are open for fume extraction. The ducts in the other sections remain closed to improve dust collection.
1.5. The efficiency is higher than CO2 Laser. The comprehensive cost is much lower. The transmission of the laser beam depends on the fiber without any mirror. The Laser structure is small and compact with high reliability.
1.6. Applications for cutting stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, titanium, and most non-ferrous metals.
2. Machine main features:
2.1. The machine uses Imported YYC precision gear rack transmission, the maximum positioning speed of up to 60 m / min, high processing efficiency, machine baed with the moving beam as a whole welded structure, roughing after annealing, and then the vibration aging treatment, can completely eliminate the stress of welding and machining, good rigidity, high accuracy can be maintained for a long time does not deform.
2.2. X, Y, Z axis are imported from Japan YASKAWA servo motors, high-precision, high- speed, high-torque, high inertia, stable performance and durable. Ensure the machine's high speed and acceleration, machine adopt the centralized lubricating device is used to lubricate the transmission parts automatically by the system control, which ensures the accuracy and the service life of the transmission parts
2.3. Adopt the imported cutting head, replace the focus lens is more convenient, effectively avoid the operator to replace the cutting head or lens caused by time wasting.
2.4. Automatic follow, realize the light path of the entire processing range of the same spot size, the constant focus, to ensure the quality of cutting.
2.5. This machine's cutting size can be customized depend on customer's requirements.
